Can an order be cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled by notifying us by e-mail (mail@4allcards.com) before you receive e-mail confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund or replacement terms below.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order you will be contacted within 24 hours and will be given the opportunity to select a substitution or receive a refund.

How quickly will my order be despatched?

Orders received before 2pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays), are normally dispatched the same day, subject to stock being available. All other orders are dispatched the next working day - This means that orders received after 2pm on Friday and at the weekend will be despatched on Monday excepting Bank Holidays when they will be despatched on Tuesday.

How much does UK postage and packaging cost?

Standard Class Postage is FREE for all UK orders of £3.00 and over in value. UK Orders below £3.00 in value will incur a small order charge of 50p per order.

Is there a supplement for First Class Post?

Yes - Orders can be despatched by First Class Post for a small supplement. The option to select this is provided at check out. The supplements are as follows:-

Orders up to £1.49 - £0.10
Orders £1.50 to £2.99 - £0.20
Orders £3.00 to £4.99 - £0.25
Orders £5.00 to £9.99 - £0.30
Orders £10.00 to £24.99 - £0.50
Orders £25.00 and over - £0.60

Do you ship to overseas addresses?

Yes. All overseas orders are dispatched by Air Mail. Postage and packing charges for overseas orders is calculated by reference to the total order value. See next question for details of the charges.

What are overseas postage and packing charges?

Postage and packing for international orders is calculated by reference to the total order value as follows :-

Europe:
Up to £2.99 - £0.95
£3.00 to £9.99 - £2.50
£10.00 to £19.99 - £3.50
£20.00 to £29.99 - £5.50
£30.00 and over - £8.00
 
Rest of the World:
Up to £0.99 - £0.95
£1.00 to £4.99 - £1.95
£5.00 to £9.99 - £3.50
£10.00 to £19.99 - £4.50
£20.00 to £29.99 - £6.00
£30.00 to £39.99 - £10.00
£40.00 and over - £12.50

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Royal Mail aims to deliver items sent by 1st Class Post the next working day, however, you should allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive.

Royal Mail aims to deliver items sent by Standard Class Post within 2-3 days, however, you should allow 7 working days for your order to arrive, especially during busy posting periods.

Delivery time for non-UK orders varies depending upon the destination. Please contact us by e-mail for specific advice.

Can my order be sent to another address other than my home?

Yes - you will be given the chance to enter a separate delivery address at checkout. However, for larger orders, please note that 4AllCards reserves the right to only send orders to the address of the cardholder.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?

Yes - no additional charge is made. Please ensure you enter your delivery address at checkout.

Do you offer any corporate services?

Yes - we are pleased to help corporate customers looking to purchase multiple cards - please click here for further details.

Do you offer a card personalisation service?

Yes, we will add a personal greeting and signature to a card and post it for the orderer to a third party. Please see the "written message " section on the site for full details. Please note this service applies to a limited number of cards. We do not offer a corporate card over printing service.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at returns@4allcards.com and we will send instructions on how to return items for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that when returning items that postage charges cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return postage charges. We recommend that you receive proof of postage when returning items, as refunds cannot be issued until the returned items are received. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition.
