How quickly will my order be dispatched?Orders received before 3pm (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock. However, we ask you to allow 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for dispatch. If we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order you will be contacted within 24 hours by the method you choose at checkout (telephone or email), and will be given the opportunity to select a substitution or receive a refund.

How much does UK postage and packaging cost?We offer FREE standard postage on all UK orders via Royal Mail's 2nd class post. You will be given the option to select this service at checkout.
You can choose to upgrade to first class post for 50p per order or Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day by 1pm) for £4.50. Please note Special Delivery orders must be placed by 11am week days to be received next working day.

Do you ship to overseas addresses?Yes. Postage and packing for international orders is calculated by weight and the cost will be displayed at checkout. (There is a £5 minimum charge for EU orders and £6 for rest of the world). Overseas orders (EU and rest of world) are sent by Royal Mail's International Signed For service.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?UK orders sent by 1st or 2nd class post: Please note that whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver first class items the next working day and second class items within 3 working days, you should allow 7 working days for your order to arrive.
UK orders sent by Special Delivery: For orders placed by 11am week days (except bank holodays) your order will be with you by 1pm the following working day.

I am out during the day - can my order be sent to another address rather than my home?Yes - you will be given the chance to enter a separate delivery address at checkout. However, for larger orders, please note that 4AllCards reserves the right to only send orders to the address of the cardholder.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?Yes - no additional charge is made. Please ensure you enter your delivery address at checkout.

Do you offer a card personalisation service?No, we do not currently offer this service. All cards are supplied in sealed packaging ready for the sender to personalise and send on. |
What is your returns policy?If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at returns@4allcards.com and we will send instructions on how to return items for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that when returning items, postage charges (e.g. Special Delivery or Airmail) cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return postage charges. We recommend that you receive proof of postage when returning items, as refunds cannot be issued until the returned items are received. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition.
Orders may be cancelled by notifying us by email (mail@4allcards.com) before you receive email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund or replacement terms, above.
