Shipping and Handling
UK orders - We offer FREE 1st class postage on all orders totalling £5.00 and over in value. A small order surcharge is applied to orders below £5.00 in value. UK orders can also be sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, the price of which is calculated based on the total value of items ordered.

Overseas orders - A postage & packaging charge is applied for orders to addresses outside of the UK. This is calculated by reference to the total value of the products ordered and the cost will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Schedule
Subject to stock availability, orders received before 2pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays), will normally be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note, Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class items the next working day but they do not guarantee next day delivery. Therefore, you should allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive, especially at busy times of the year.
Royal Mail guarantee to deliver items sent via their Special Delivery service the next working day (usually before 1.00pm, except for a few remote Post Codes). Please note, this service requires a signature upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for your order Royal Mail will leave a card informing you what to do next.
You should allow 7 working days for European deliveries and 14 working days for International deliveries.
Royal Mail do not class domestic items as 'lost' until 15 working days after the expected date of arrival.
Airmail sent to European destinations is not considered as 'lost' until 20 working days after the expected date of arrival.
Airmail sent to destinations in the rest of the World is not considered as 'lost' until 25 working days after the expected date of arrival.
In the unfortunate event that your order does not arrive within the relevant timeframe for your order destination (15 working days for UK, 20 working days for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the World) we will issue a refund and submit a claim with the Royal Mail. |
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at returns@4allcards.com and we will send instructions on how to return items for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of the date of shipping. Please note that when returning items, postage charges cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return postage charges. We recommend that you receive proof of postage when returning items, as refunds cannot be issued until the returned items are received. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition.
Please note, we cannot accept returns for any items made to a customers own specification, i.e. personalised cards or stationary. |
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by notifying us by e-mail (mail@4allcards.com) before you receive e-mail confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched please refer to our refund or replacement terms above. |
Paying For Your Order
All major credit and debit cards are accepted (except American Express or Diners) through either HSBC secure e-payments or PayPal. You can select your preferred option at the checkout.
All credit and debit card orders are processed using HSBC or PayPal's state-of-the-art encryption, so your data is not available to anyone. |
Reaching Us
You can contact us by telephone or e-mail using the details shown on the contact us page of the website. An answering machine is available to take messages if no one is available to take your call. |
