    Please note that unless the " Written Messages " service is selected all cards will be supplied in sealed packaging ready for the sender to personalise with their own message.
    Shipping of orders

    Subject to stock availability all orders received Monday to Friday will be despatched the next working day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be desptached on Monday ( or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday ). If we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order you will be contacted within 24 hours by the method you choose at checkout ( telephone or e-mail ), and we may suggest a similar product as a substitute.

    UK orders:- We offer FREE standard class postage on all orders totaling £ 3.00 and over in value. A small order surcharge is applied to orders below £ 3.00 in value. We will ship by 1st class post and a small charge to cover the additional postage cost will be applied at check out. Full details of the 1st class postage supplements are detailed in item 5 in our "Frequently Asked Questions".


    Please note that whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver first class items the next working day you should allow 2/3 working days for your order to arrive especially at busy times of the year. Although Royal Mail quote a delivery time for standard class post of 2/3 days you should allow longer than that especially to countryside addresses and at busy times of year.

    Overseas orders:- A postage & packaging charge is applied to orders to addresses outside of the UK. This is calculated by reference to the the total vlaue of the products ordered and the cost will be shown at checkout. The charges are detailed in full in item 7 of our "Frequently Asked Questions" Section.
    Paying for your order

    All major credit and debit cards are accepted through either HSBC secure e-payments or PayPal. You can select your preferred option at the checkout.

    All credit and debit card orders are processed using HSBC or PayPal's state-of-the-art encryption, so your data is not available to anyone.
    Refund, replacement and cancellation terms

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at returns@4allcards.com and we will send instructions on how to return items for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of the date of shipping. Please note that when returning items, postage charges cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return postage charges. We recommend that you receive proof of postage when returning items, as refunds cannot be issued until the returned items are received. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition.

    Orders may be cancelled by notifying us by e-mail ( mail@4allcards.com ) before you receive e-mail confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund or replacement terms, above.

    Royal Mail do not class an item as 'lost' until 15 working days after the expected date of arrival. Once the 15 working days have passed, we will issue a refund and submit a claim.
    Reaching Us You can contact us by telephone or e-mail at the numbers shown on the site. An answering machine is available to take messages if no one is available to take you call. We will respond to all messages but this not be until after 18.00 hrs.

    4allcards do not disclose customers' information to third parties, other than for delivery purposes. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.
