Shipping of orders
All orders received before 3pm (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock. However, we ask you to allow 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for dispatch. If we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order you will be contacted within 24 hours by the method you choose at checkout (telephone or email), and we may suggest a similar product as a substitute.
UK orders: We offer free standard postage and packaging for all orders (by 2nd class Royal Mail). Customers can choose to upgrade to 1st class postage for a 50p charge or Royal Mail Special Delivery for a £4.50 charge. Special delivery orders received by 11am week days are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day and will require a signature.
Please note that whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver first class items the next working day and second class items within 3 working days, this is not a guarantee.
Overseas orders: Postage & packaging to addresses outside of the UK is calculated by weight and the cost will be shown at checkout. (There is a £5 minimum charge for EU orders and £6 for rest of the world). Overseas orders (EU and rest of world) are sent by Royal Mail's International Signed For service. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any import duties or taxes. |

Paying for your order
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through either HSBC secure e-payments or PayPal. You can select your preferred option at the checkout.
All credit and debit card orders are processed using HSBC or PayPal's state-of-the-art encryption, so your data is not available to anyone.

Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at returns@4allcards.com and we will send instructions on how to return items for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that when returning items, postage charges (e.g. Special Delivery or Airmail) cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return postage charges. We recommend that you receive proof of postage when returning items, as refunds cannot be issued until the returned items are received. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition.
Orders may be cancelled by notifying us by email (mail@4allcards.com) before you receive email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund or replacement terms, above.
In the unlikely event that your order is not delievered, please contact us and we will submit a claim to Royal Mail. Royal Mail do not class an item as 'lost' until 15 working days after the expected date of arrival. Once the 15 working days have passed, we will issue a refund and submit a claim. |

4allcards do not disclose customers' information to third parties, other than for delivery purposes. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option. |
